Athlon model 8 and 10 to Mobile CPU

To make the CPU a mobile CPU, make sure the second-right-most L5 bridge is joined. If it has been laser-cut, the gap can also be filled with some conductive substance to connect it directly to ground.

When the CPU is in Mobile mode, the multiplier and VCore can be changed on the fly through software. This, however, requires chipset support of PowerNow!, which is not supported on every chipset.

Some BIOSes set the multiplier and voltage to maximum on boot, so the L6 and L8 bridges should be configured to avoid damage to the CPU. See "Multiplier adjustment" and "Set maximum software VCore" for details.
